We are in a process of developing weigh solution using X- steps. However, struggling to find to develop graphical weigh bar using PCO. We do not have MII in scope however, requirement to show weigh bar at the bottom of the PI sheet.
Any help in recommending the steps at high level for generating graphical weigh bar would be of great help.
There is always a good deal of trial and error involved. Sometimes one OPC server works perfectly fine and another does not. Try out different OPC servers.
If you still feel that a particular setting should work then please create a support message.

It was said in this demo that link for SAP ODA connector from service market will be shown. I don’t see link was shown. I searched in service market could not find the link. If somone could please give the link to download ODA connector is highly appricated.
Does this link also contain webservice for obtainning weigh bar /progress bar which was shown at bottom of PI sheet in weighing scenario. ?
The ODA connector has been replaced by PCo (Plant Connectivity) please check out this session
The weighing bars I had presented in my demo were javascript/HTML examples I had created for those demos. They are not shipped by SAP.

I am trying to connect SAP ODA to KepserverEX Alarms & Events OPC Server. In the Kepeare OPC Server I have selected a source as _Time_Second tag under _System. Configured a Hi Hi Alarm. In ODA Customizing created OPC Server for Kepware A&E Server. I am able to do a connection test successfully but unable to browse the address space fully.
In the OPC Alarms & Events subscription while doing the connection test and activating the Subscription, i get the error “Error while activating subscription KEPWAREAE; see long text
” Message no. COOPC501. The same error occurs while connecting to Softing AE Server as well.
Can you please send me the correct procedure to connect to a AE server?

Dear Sir,
I am trying to create a data access Item Subscription with Softing OPC Simulator server. While registering the item subscription no data is shown in the Test OPC Data Access screen. It does not show any error/warning message as well. I want to display the ‘minute’ tag data based on data change event in PI sheet. Why this event subscription is not registered properly? Am i missing any specific setting or component in SAP ODA?
