That external system is an MII system which takes the control recipe, looks for known (pre-builtin) instruction categories and creates a PI-Sheet-like HTML version of those instructions. These built-in instructions offer a limited degree of flexibility which means that you can change some text elements (e.g. Input field description) or quantity fields (e.g. material quantity by means of automatic characteristic valuation) in your ERP setup.
