PI Sheets in PP-PI offer a lot of functionality to streamline a manufacturing process in SAP ERP. During my time in consulting I realized that it is essential that project team members have a common understanding on what these PI Sheets look like and what they are suposed to do. In that time I have developped several tools to support this and I have now uploaded them to SDN.

In the blueprint phase of a PP-PI project it is often difficult to discuss the possibilities and the look & feel of PI sheets with non-IT members of the project team. During implementation of PI sheets it is helpful to have some templates available for common objects. This documentation describes some very useful tools to support the blueprint and implementation of PI sheets.

These tools can also be used for the new work instruction sheets which are available for the production order (PP) in discrete industries (Release ERP 2006 EhP3 and beyond).

To get the tools download them here. The zip file contains a Word documentation and the following files:

The link above does not seem to be leading to the correct place. SCN also is failing the download when I do find the right page (from your presentation), the download fails.

Is there another file location that I can use to download?

    Thank you,
    -Ben
